觸覺平衡石 - 7吋 - 3入

My physical therapist suggested these for balance work after my ankle sprain, and the 7" size is perfect for stepping drills in my living room. The surface has just enough grip that they don't slide on hardwood, and stacking all three into a mini obstacle course actually makes the exercises less bor

Bought these for my 6-year-old who's a bit clumsy, and the 7" height is perfect for him to step up without wobbling too much. He's been making obstacle courses in the living room and I can actually see him stabilizing better already.

My kids have been using these as a backyard obstacle course every afternoon, and the 7-inch size is perfect for their shorter strides. They wobble just enough to keep them focused on balance, but the set of three gives me enough to build a simple circuit that actually tires them out.
