I grabbed it during a rough work week and the alternating textures kept my fingers busy during calls without me even realizing it. It's discreet enough to wear all day, and by the end of the week I noticed I was reaching for it automatically when stress crept in.

The alternating textures are surprisingly effective—I catch myself running my fingers over them during meetings without even noticing. Works great when I’m anxious, though I wish the band were a bit wider for my larger hands.
