查看詳細說明My energy feels steadier by mid-afternoon now, which I think is down to the active B6 and magnesium working together. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, no weird aftertaste at all. Been taking it for three weeks and the difference in my mood is noticeable.
I was skeptical because I usually don't absorb regular B6 well, but the active P5P form in these capsules made a noticeable difference in my energy within a couple of weeks. The added magnesium is a nice touch since it works with the B6, and I haven't had any stomach upset taking them with food.
The P5P form absorbs way better than the plain B6 I used to take, and I noticed fewer of those weird dreams magnesium sometimes gives me. Only gripe is the tablets are a bit chalky if you don't swallow them fast.
