I've been taking these for about six weeks and definitely notice a difference in my focus during afternoon work sessions, which used to be a total slog. The 500 mg dose per softgel makes it easy to get a solid amount of omega-3s without swallowing huge pills.
The strawberry flavor is a nice change from the usual fishy taste, and I've noticed my focus is a bit sharper since starting these. Only giving 4 stars because the capsules are a little larger than I’d like, but they’re still easy to swallow with water.
