My four-year-old actually checks the calendar every morning now without being reminded. The special event magnets are perfect for counting down to grandma’s visits, and they stick firmly enough that nothing falls off when she yanks them around.
The weather magnets get used every morning before preschool, which has honestly cut down on the "what do I wear" arguments. Only gripe is that a couple of the event magnets are a bit small for little fingers to grab. Still, it's held up well stuck to our fridge.
