My kid drags this thing everywhere, and the nearly 6 pounds of weight is what sold me. It sits heavy on her lap during homework and she actually stays put for once.
I didn't expect a plush to feel this substantial, but draping it across my lap during my afternoon reading sessions genuinely slows my breathing down. The fabric is soft without being fuzzy, which is exactly what I wanted for something I'd be touching constantly.
The 6-pound weight is just right—noticeable enough to feel grounding without being awkward to cuddle. My kid reaches for it every time they're winding down, and it genuinely settles them faster than their other plush toys. Solid buy for sensory-seeking kids.
