I bought this for my son who struggles with expressing his needs, and the breakdown of different communication styles in the workbook was exactly what we needed. It’s practical without feeling overly clinical, and he’s already using some of the phrasing from the exercises.

This workbook really gets at the core of why I struggle in conversations, explaining the mismatched styles so clearly. The way it breaks down the frustration of not getting your thoughts across makes you feel seen, and it's helped me communicate my needs a lot better.
