The chocolate flavor is surprisingly good—mild and not too sweet. I use it during work meetings to curb my urge to bite my pen. The durable rubber texture gives just the right amount of resistance for oral motor stimulation.

The green spearmint flavor is refreshing and makes me want to chew it more often. It's sturdy enough to last through my afternoon focus sessions without falling apart.
