Kept this in my bag for a flight last week and it quietly got me through the whole boarding wait. The fabric tube is tight enough that the marble doesn't fly out, and the motion is weirdly calming.

The marble sliding through the fabric tube keeps my hands busy during long meetings, and it's quiet enough that nobody notices. Took a day to get used to the tightness but now I reach for it whenever my anxiety spikes.

I keep one of these in my bag for flights and it's become my go-to nervous habit replacement. The tight fabric tube gives just enough resistance that sliding the marble back and forth is weirdly calming.
