Natural Calm Gummies - 120 Count

I started taking these about 20 minutes before bed and the magnesium really does seem to help me wind down. The gummies taste good enough that I don't dread taking them, which wasn't true of the powder I tried before.

My whole family takes these now, even my picky 8-year-old who hates swallowing pills. The gummy texture is soft, not that rubbery chew some vitamins have, and the magnesium and calcium combo fits right into our nightly routine.

I'm not a fan of swallowing pills, so these gummies are a much easier way to get my magnesium and calcium in each day. They actually taste good enough that my kids ask for them too. Two a night and I'm out cold.
