Brian ★★★★☆

The humor really helps when she talks about overstimulation—I laughed out loud at the grocery store checkout story. My only small nitpick is that I wish it went deeper into workplace coping strategies, but overall it's a very relatable and helpful read.

Nicholas ★★★☆☆

Some of the tips felt a little generic if you’ve already read a lot about sensory issues, but the humor does make it an easy read. I appreciated the honest, first-hand perspective, even if I wished it went deeper into specific strategies.
