CanDo Saddle Roll peanut balls can help develop muscles and improve balance, coordination and flexibility. The non-slip surface is ribbed for extra safety, and motion is always limited to one direction.
The ribbed, non-slip surface gives me real confidence during core work—no sliding even when I'm sweaty. It's been a game-changer for my balance drills, and I love that it only moves in one direction so I can focus on form.
The limited one-directional motion is great for my rehab exercises, and the saddle shape really helps with core stability. I just wish the surface had a bit more grip for sweaty hands.
