The three toughness levels are a nice touch, I started with the standard one and it's holding up well for my daily fidgeting. It's long enough that I can actually get it back to my molars, which is the whole reason I bought it.

The 4-inch length is great for reaching those back molars, but the standard toughness is a bit softer than I expected for my chewing habits. It's still a solid oral stim tool, though, and I like the discreet look enough to keep using it.
