Hung my hammock chair from a concrete ceiling beam and the mounts haven't budged an inch after two months of daily use. The hardware is beefy enough that I stopped worrying about it holding two people. Install took maybe twenty minutes with a drill.
I was worried about drilling into my ceiling, but the mounting hardware went in clean and held solid on the first try. Swinging in my hammock chair now feels totally secure, even with my kids climbing in.
The hooks and straps handled a full weekend of rain without any rust, and the swivel attachment lets my hammock chair spin smoothly without tangling. Installation took me under ten minutes with just a drill.
