My kids fight over this thing every morning before school, which says a lot. The spin and tilt motions are smooth enough that even my six-year-old can wobble on it without tipping over, and I've noticed my own balance improving after just a few sessions. Perfect for quick core work while watching TV

Took it to the gym and used it between sets—the wobble really keeps you honest on those stabilizer muscles, and spinning on it is oddly fun. The surface grips well even in socks, which I didn't expect. Only wish it had a slightly wider base for taller folks, but it's solid for the price.
