My physical therapist suggested this for balance work after my ankle sprain, and the grip handles make it way easier to stay on. It inflates in a few minutes and holds up fine even with daily use.

Bought this for my kids to bounce around on rainy days and honestly I've been using it more than they have. The grip handles make it easy to stay balanced even when I'm bouncing hard, and it's surprisingly sturdy for an inflatable.

My core workout feels so much steadier now that I can really push off the floor without worrying about slipping. The inflatable surface gives just enough bounce for a solid session, and the handles are placed well for keeping my balance during the wobbly parts.
